• Go to My Account page, click the Download link in the list, scroll down. Downloads are below.
• Unlimited Members can retrieve their downloads from the same link or from the My Membership Downloads link in the drop down under the Unlimited Membership tab.

Downloads are unlimited until the following Monday.

Go to My Account page and click on Account Details. Scroll down to Password Change section below your email address.

Click the Contact link in the drop down under the Home tab.  Send an email and we will answer as soon as possible.
